Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy
Returns;
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange request for ‘change of mind’ orders, item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging undamaged.
We do not accept returns of lashes that have been used as this is a sanitary and hygiene hazard and unfortunately cannot be resold.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt for proof of purchase and proof of the lashes not being used or tampered with;
Required: photo's clearly illustrating,
- no glue or mascara on the lash band or hair follicles
- no resized band or missing/shortened hair follicles
Please be advised we are not responsible for shipping costs for any returns or exchanges and will be at customer's expense.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable);
Once your return is received by us, quality checked and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable);
If you have not received a refund within 14 days
contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund to be officially processed.
Next, contact your bank to ensure your refund has been processed.
After having followed these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable);
Unfortunately clearance/sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping;
When your concerns have been met and approved in relation to return of faulty goods or exchanges, you should mail your product to: 166 Winstanley Street, Carina Heights, 4152, Queensland AU 4152.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are receiving an exchanged item, shipping cost will be charged as per usual.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
